中医特色护理技术在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Techniques in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨中医特色护理技术在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年6月潍坊市中医院收治的80例慢阻肺急性加重期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均接受西医治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规护理,观察组加用中医特色护理技术。比较两组中医证候积分、肺功能指标、睡眠质量和护理满意度。结果护理后,两组中医证候积分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC均大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表得分圴低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意度82.50%低于观察组的97.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理技术应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中能提高患者护理依从性,使焦虑抑郁情绪和睡眠质量得到改善,还有助于增加患者的满意度,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received Western medicine treatment.On this basis,the control group received routine care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques.Compare two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lung function indicators,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),and FEV_(1)/FVC of the two groups were greater than before nursing,and the observation group was greater than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the control group was 82.50%,lower than 97.50 of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve patient care compliance,improve anxiety,depression,and sleep quality,and also help increase patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
