穴位埋针结合黛力新对慢性疼痛导致抑郁患者抑郁状态、生活质量的影响

Effect of Acupoint Embedding Combined with Delisin on Depressive State and Quality of Life in Depression Patients Caused by Chronic Pain

目的探讨穴位埋针结合黛力新对慢性疼痛导致抑郁患者抑郁状态、生活质量的影响。方法选择聊城市第二人民医院2018年5月—2020年4月收治的80例慢性疼痛导致抑郁患者为研究对象,以随机单盲法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用黛力新治疗,观察组在此基础上采用穴位埋针治疗。对比两组患者的疼痛程度、抑郁程度及生活质量。结果治疗15、30 d后,观察组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分分别为(20.50±3.60)分、(13.30±2.40)分,均低于对照组的(23.70±2.50)分、(15.70±2.20)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗15、30 d后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分分别为(5.63±1.80)分、(4.50±1.40)分,均低于对照组的(6.71±2.00)分、(6.61±1.70)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗30 d后,观察组的健康调查简表评分为(86.60±3.70)分,高于对照组的(80.20±3.40)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位埋针联合黛力新治疗慢性疼痛导致抑郁患者的效果良好,可减轻疼痛,纾解抑郁情绪,提升其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint embedding combined with Delisin on depressive state and quality of life in depression patients caused by chronic pain.Methods 80 depression patients caused by chronic pain admitted to Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by single blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Delisin,and the observation group was treated with acupoint embedding on this basis.The degree of pain,depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 and 30 days of treatment,the Hamilton depression scale scores of the observation group were(20.50±3.60)points and(13.30±2.40)points,respectively,which were lower than(23.70±2.50)points and(15.70±2.20)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 and 30 days of treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of the observation group were(5.63±1.80)points and(4.50±1.40)points,respectively,which were lower than(6.71±2.00)points and(6.61±1.70)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the MOS item short from health survey score of the observation group was(86.60±3.70)points,which was higher than(80.20±3.40)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding combined with Delisin has a good effect in the treatment of depression patients caused by chronic pain,which can reduce pain,relieve depressive mood and improve their quality of life.
