戊酸雌二醇片结合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Estradiol Valerate Tablets Combined with Clomiphene in the Treatment of Ovulatory Dysfunction Infertility Patients

目的探讨戊酸雌二醇片结合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床效果.方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月沂南县人民医院产科收治的82例排卵障碍性不孕患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各41例.对照组接受克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合戊酸雌二醇片治疗,两组均治疗3个周期.对比两组性激素水平、临床效果、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠、排卵情况及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组临床总有效率95.12%高于对照组能75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后促卵泡生成激素水平(10.45±1.74)mIU/mL、雌二醇水平(86.28±9.31)pg/mL、促黄体生成激素水平(17.55±4.84)mIU/mL均高于对照组的(9.48±1.21)mIU/mL、(78.23±8.58)pg/mL、(14.96±3.27)mIU/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度(9.72±0.84)mm厚于对照组(8.02±0.73)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组妊娠率85.37%、排卵率92.68%均高于对照组的48.78%、51.22%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论戊酸雌二醇片结合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕可增加患者子宫内膜厚度,提高排卵率、妊娠率,调节性激素水平,且安全性高.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of estradiol valerate tablets combined with clomiphene in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility patients.Methods 82 patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Yinan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,while the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets on the basis of the control group,and,both groups receiving treatment for 3 cycles.Compare the levels of sex hormones,clinical effects,endometrial thickness,pregnancy,ovulation status,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of 95.12%in the observation group was higher than 75.61%of in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(10.45±1.74)mIU/mL,estradiol(86.28±9.31)pg/mL,and luteinizing hormone(17.55±4.84)mIU/mL in the observation group were higher than(9.48±1.21)mIU/mL,(78.23±8.58)pg/mL,and(14.96±3.27)mIU/mL in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group after treatment was(9.72±0.84)mm,higher than(8.02±0.73)mm of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate 85.37%and ovulation rate 92.68%in the observation group were higher than 48.78%and 51.22%in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of estradiol valerate tablets and clomiphene in the treatment of patients with this disease can increase endometrial thickness,increase ovulation and pregnancy rates,regulate sex hormone levels,and have high safety.
