Objective To study the efficacy of levocarnitine-assisted high-throughput hemodialysis in uremia. Methods 90 uremia patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method. The control group(n=45)received high-throughput hemodialysis, and the observation group(n=45)added levocarnitine on this basis. The changes of blood routine indexes and microinflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of hemoglobin(86.02±15.33)g/L,red blood cell count(5.31±0.26)×10^(12)/L,erythrocyte specific volume(0.32±0.09)%in observation group were higher than(77.31±14.26)g/L,(4.10±0.20)×10^(12)/L,(0.21±0.07)%in the control group;the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(21.09±0.98)mg/L,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(5.82±0.71)mg/L and interleukin-6(14.39±1.38)ng/mL in the observation group were lower than(23.62±1.33)mg/L,(6.94±1.21)mg/L,(17.62±1.76)ng/mL in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion L-carnitine assisted highthroughput hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia can reduce the inflammatory response of patients and regulate blood routine indexes.
