电刺激疗法联合Kegel运动对产后盆底功能障碍患者性功能及盆底恢复的影响

Effect of Electrical Stimulation Therapy Combined with Kegel Exercise on Sexual Function and Pelvic Floor Recovery in Postpartum Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探讨电刺激疗法联合Kegel运动对产后盆底功能障碍患者性功能及盆底恢复的影响.方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月青岛市市北区同安路街道社区卫生服务中心收治的80例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象.根据随机数表法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=40)采用Kegel运动干预,观察组(n=40)采用电刺激疗法联合Kegel运动干预.对比两组盆底肌力评分、盆底肌相关电压及性功能.结果干预后,两组盆底肌力评分均较干预前升高,且观察组的盆底肌力评分为(10.72±1.54)分,高于对照组的(9.17±1.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组盆底肌平均电压值、盆底肌最大电压值均较干预前升高,且观察组的盆底肌平均电压值、盆底肌最大电压值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组疼痛评分均较干预前降低,且观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,两组阴道润滑、性欲望、性兴奋、性高潮及满意度评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后盆底功能障碍患者接受电刺激疗法联合Kegel运动干预,可提高盆底肌力,提升盆底肌相关电压,改善性功能.

Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation therapy combined with Kegel exercise on sexual function and pelvic floor recovery in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to the Health Service Center of Tongan Road Street Community in Shibei District of Qingdao from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=40)received Kegel exercise intervention.The observation group(n=40)received electrical stimulation therapy combined with Kegel exercise intervention.The pelvic floor muscle strength score,pelvic floor muscle related voltage and sexual function were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of pelvic floor muscle strength in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the score of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was(10.72±1.54)points,higher than(9.17±1.41)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average voltage value and the maximum voltage value of the pelvic floor muscle of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the average voltage value and the maximum voltage value of the pelvic floor muscle of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the vaginal lubrication,sexual desire,sexual excitement,orgasm and satisfaction scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation therapy combined with Kegel exercise intervention can improve pelvic floor muscle strength and related voltage,and improve sexual function in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.To investigate the effects of electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise on sexual function and pelvic floor recovery in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
