中频脉冲电刺激结合康复训练在脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用效果研究

Effect of Medium Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Hemiplegic Patients after Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨中频脉冲电刺激结合康复训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能及Barthel指数的影响.方法选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例脑梗死后偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组单纯接受康复训练干预,观察组在康复训练的基础上,配合中频脉冲电刺激干预.比较两组干预后的肢体功能、肌力、神经功能缺损情况、日常生活能力.结果干预后,观察组上肢、下肢Fugle-Meyer运动功能评分量表评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌力分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(7.41±0.65)分低于对照组,Barthel指数量表评分(71.15±2.99)分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中频脉冲电刺激与康复训练联合对脑梗死后偏瘫患者干预效果理想,能够促进患者肢体功能及日常生活能力改善,可推广. Objective To explore the effects of medium frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training intervention alone,while the observation group received intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation intervention on the basis of rehabilitation training.Compare the limb function,muscle strength,neurological deficits,and daily living ability of the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment scores and total scores of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the muscle strength grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was(7.41±0.65)points lower than that of the control group,while the Barthel Index score was(71.15±2.99)points higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,the combined intervention of medium frequency pulse electrical stimulation and rehabilitation training has an ideal effect,which can promote the improvement of limb function and daily living ability of patients and can be promoted.
