阿戈美拉汀与盐酸舍曲林联合治疗抑郁症合并失眠患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Agometatine and Sertraline Hydrochloride in Treating Depression with Insomnia and Its Effect on HAMD and PQSI Scores

目的探讨阿戈美拉汀与盐酸舍曲林联合治疗抑郁症合并失眠患者的临床疗效.方法选择2020年6月—2022年6月我院收治的80例抑郁症合并失眠患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组.对照组(n=40)采用盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组(n=40)采用阿戈美拉汀与盐酸舍曲林联合治疗,治疗8周.比较两组临床疗效、抑郁程度、睡眠质量及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分为(10.96±1.43)分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总评分为(7.41±1.35)分,均低于对照组的(13.64±1.81)分、(9.95±1.47)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的17.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论阿戈美拉汀联合盐酸舍曲林治疗抑郁症伴失眠患者可以有效提高临床疗效,能有效缓解抑郁程度,提高其睡眠质量,安全可靠.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Agomelatine combined with Sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of depression with insomnia.Methods 80 patients with depression combined with insomnia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with sertraline hydrochloride,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with agomelatine combined with Sertraline hydrochloride for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,depression degree,sleep quality and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale score of the observation group was(10.96±1.43)points,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index total score was(7.41±1.35)points,which were lower than(13.64±1.81)points and(9.95±1.47)points of the control group,and the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 17.50%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Agomelatine combined with Sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with depression and insomnia can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,effectively alleviate the degree of depression,improve their sleep quality,safe and reliable.
