等速肌力训练配合本体感觉训练对肩袖损伤患者修复术后肩关节活动度、肩关节功能的影响

The Effect of Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training Combined with Proprioception Training on Shoulder Joint Mobility and Function in Patients with Rotator Cuff Injury after Repair Surgery

摘要 目的探讨等速肌力训练配合本体感觉训练对肩袖损伤患者修复术后肩关节活动度、肩关节功能的影响.方法选择2021年2月—2023年1月我院收治的80例肩袖撕裂患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用本体感觉训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用等速肌力训练.对比两组肩关节功能、肩关节活动度和疼痛程度.结果干预后,观察组前屈角度、前屈肌力、疼痛、功能和患者满意度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内旋、外旋、前屈和后伸最大角度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.71±0.39)分,低于对照组的(2.19±0.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论等速肌力训练联合本体感觉训练能够减轻肩袖损伤患者疼痛,提升肩关节功能,增加关节活动度,值得推广. Objective To investigate the effect of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with proprioception training on shoulder joint mobility and function in patients with rotator cuff injury after repair surgery.Methods 80 patients with rotator cuff tears admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given proprioceptive training,and the observation group was given isokinetic muscle strength training on the basis of the control group.The shoulder joint function,shoulder joint activity and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the forward flexion Angle,forward flexion muscle strength,pain,function and patient satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the maximum angles of internal rotation,external rotation,flexion and extension in the observation group were larger than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(1.71±0.39)points,which was lower than(2.19±0.49)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Isokinetic muscle strength training combined with proprioception training can alleviate pain in patients with rotator cuff injury,improve shoulder joint function,and increase joint range of motion,which is worth promoting.
