摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波结合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠对顽固性肩周炎患者肩关节活动度、肩关节功能的影响.方法选择2022年6月—2023年3月我院收治的60例顽固性肩周炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组采用关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗,观察组采用外冲击波结合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗,治疗4周.比较两组临床疗效、肩关节活动度、肩关节功能及疼痛程度.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组肩关节活动度值、肩关节功能评分均高于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论体外冲击波结合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠可有效降低顽固性肩周炎患者疼痛程度,改善患者关节活动功能障碍,加快肩关节恢复,安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on shoulder range of motion and shoulder function in patients with refractory frozen shoulder.Methods 60 patients with refractory frozen shoulder admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group was treated with external shock wave combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,shoulder mobility,shoulder function and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint activity value and shoulder joint function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the pain Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with refractory scapulohumeral periarthritis,improve the joint movement dysfunction of patients,and accelerate the recovery of shoulder joint,which is safe and reliable.
