超微针刀疗法联合自制消肿散外敷治疗网球肘的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Ultrafine Needle Knife Therapy Combined with Self-Made Xiaozhongsan External Application in the Treatment of Tennis Elbow

目的探讨网球肘(TE)采用超微针刀疗法联合自制消肿散外敷治疗的临床疗效.方法选取2021年1月—2023年3月贺州市中医医院骨一科门诊就诊的60例TE患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成治疗组(n=30)与对照组(n=30).对照组采用局部封闭注射疗法治疗,治疗组采用超微针刀疗法联合自制消肿散外敷治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、手部功能及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组改良Michigan手功能评价量表评分高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超微针刀疗法联合自制消肿散外敷用于治疗TE,能够提高临床疗效,减轻疼痛程度,改善手部功能,降低不良反应发生率.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultra-fine needle knife therapy combined with self-made Xiaozhongsan external application in the treatment of tennis elbow(TE).Methods 60 TE patients from January 2021 to March 2023 in the first Department of Bone Medicine of Hezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects and divided into a treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with local blocking injection therapy,and the treatment group was treated with ultramicro acupotomy combined with self-made detumescence powder.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,hand function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4week of treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.67%,lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ultra-fine needle knife therapy and self-made Xiaozhongsan external application can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate pain,improve hand function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of TE.
