强刺激量针刺配合耳尖放血对肝郁化火型失眠患者睡眠质量、生活质量的影响

The Effect of Strong Stimulation Acupuncture Combined with Ear Tip Bleeding on Sleep Quality and Life Quality of Insomnia Patients with Liver Depression and Fire Transformation Type

目的探讨强刺激量针刺配合耳尖放血对肝郁化火型失眠患者睡眠质量、生活质量的影响.方法选择防城港中医医院2022年3月—2023年2月收治的60例肝郁化火型失眠患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例.对照组采用常规艾司唑仑片干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用强刺激量针刺配合耳尖放血干预,两组均持续干预4周.比较两组患者的中医症候积分、睡眠质量及生活质量.结果干预前,两组中医症候积分、睡眠质量及生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,观察组失眠多梦、心悸、面红目赤、心烦易怒的症状积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分为(8.37±1.28)分,低于对照组,健康状况调查简表评分为(74.69±3.84)分,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对肝郁化火型失眠患者采取强刺激量针刺配合耳尖放血干预,可有效改善患者中医症状,提高睡眠质量,提升生活质量.

Objective To explore the effect of strong stimulus acupuncture combined with ear tip bleeding on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with liver stagnation and fire transforming insomnia.Methods 60 patients with liver depression and fire type insomnia admitted to Fangchenggang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Esazolam tablets,and the observation group was treated with strong stimulation acupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.The scores of TCM symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of insomnia and dreaminess,palpitation,red face and red eyes,irritability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the observation group was(8.37±1.28)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the score of short Form-36 Health Status Questionnaire was(74.69±3.84)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting strong stimulation acupuncture combined with ear tip bleeding intervention can effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,improve sleep quality,and enhance quality of life for patients with liver stagnation and heat dissipation type insomnia.
