腰部核心肌力训练配合塞来昔布、腰痛宁胶囊对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Lumbar Core Muscle Strength Training Combined with Celecoxib and Yaotongning Capsules on Pain Level and Lumbar Function in Elderly LDH Patients

目的探讨腰部核心肌力训练配合塞来昔布、腰痛宁胶囊治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)对患者疼痛程度、腰椎功能的影响。方法选取商河县人民医院2021年5月—2022年12月收治的104例老年LDH患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=52)患者给予塞来昔布和腰痛宁胶囊治疗,观察组(n=52)患者于此基础上实施腰部核心肌力训练。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、炎性因子水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率为94.23%,高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.42±0.19)分、白细胞介素1β水平(8.55±1.97)pg/mL、肿瘤坏死因子α水平(40.82±6.79)pg/mL均低于对照组的(2.44±0.34)分、(14.69±2.25)pg/mL、(62.76±9.53)pg/mL,观察组的日本矫形外科协会评分标准评分(24.52±2.31)分高于对照组的(21.92±1.68)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腰部核心肌力训练配合塞来昔布、腰痛宁胶囊治疗老年LDH患者效果显著,能促进腰椎功能改善,缓解疼痛程度,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of lumbar core muscle strength training combined with celecoxib and Yaotong-ning capsules on the pain level and lumbar function of elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 104 elderly LDH patients admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=52)received treatment with celecoxib and Yaotongning capsules,while the observation group(n=52)received lumbar core muscle strength training on this basis.Compare the clinical efficacy,degree of pain,lumbar function,inflammatory factor levels between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than 80.77%of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Observation group's pain Visual Analog Scale score(1.42±0.19)points,interleukin-1β(8.55±1.97)pg/mL,tumor necrosis factor-α(40.82±6.79)pg/mL were all lower than the control group's(2.44±0.34)points,(14.69±2.25)pg/mL,and(62.76±9.53)pg/mL,the Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscore(24.52±2.31)points in the observation group was higher than(21.92±1.68)points in the control group,with statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lumbar core muscle strength training combined with celecoxib and Yaotongning capsules has a significant therapeutic effect,which can promote the improvement of lumbar function,alleviate pain levels,and improve quality of life.
