玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射辅助关节镜下肩袖修补术对肩袖撕裂患者功能康复的影响

Effect of Intraarticular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Assisted Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair on Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Rotator Cuff Tear

目的探析玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射辅助肩关节镜下肩袖修补术对肩袖撕裂患者功能康复的影响。方法选取平邑县保太镇卫生院2021年11月—2022年12月收治的80例肩袖撕裂患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组(n=40)及对照组(n=40)。对照组行关节镜下肩袖修补术,观察组行玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射辅助肩关节镜下肩袖修补术。对比两组患者的临床指标、肩关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的美国肩与肘协会评分系统评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、美国加州大学肩关节评分表评分及肌力均高于对照组,肩关节前屈、外展活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩袖撕裂患者接受玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射辅助肩关节镜肩袖修补术,可有效改善肩关节功能,减少并发症,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate assisted arthroscopic rotator cuff repair on functional rehabilitation of patients with rotator cuff tear.Methods 80 patients with rotator cuff tear admitted to Pingyi County Baotai Town Health Center from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair,and the observation group underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair assisted by intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.The clinical indexes,shoulder joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time and blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons’Form score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score,the Universityof California-Los Angeles shoulder joint rating scale score and muscle strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the shoulder joint flexion and abductive motion were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.5%in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with rotator cuff tear,intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate assisted arthroscopic rotator cuff repair can effectively improve shoulder joint function and reduce complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
