前列地尔联合阿魏酸哌嗪对原发性肾病综合征患者糖脂水平和肾功能的影响

Effect of Prostaglandin Combined with Piperazine Ferulate on Glucose and Lipid Levels and Renal Function in Patients with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的观察前列地尔联合阿魏酸哌嗪对原发性肾病综合征患者糖脂水平和肾功能的影响。方法选择2020年2月—2022年12月该院收治的80例原发性肾病综合征患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用阿魏酸哌嗪治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗。比较两组疗效、糖脂水平及肾功能。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(BUA)、24 h尿蛋白定量和尿素氮(BUN)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的SCr、BUA、24 h尿蛋白定量和BUN水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖(2h PG、FPG、HbA1c)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组血脂(TG、TC)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合阿魏酸哌嗪对原发性肾病综合征疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil combined with piperazine ferulate on glycolipid level and renal function in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 80 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received piperazine ferulate,and the observation group received alprostadil combined with piperazine ferulate.The therapeutic effect,glucolipid level and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SCr,BUA,24 h urinary protein and BUN levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SCr,BUA,24 h urinary protein quantity and BUN levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 2 h PG,TC,FPG,TG and HbA1c levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05),serum lipid(TG,TC)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with piperazine ferulate is effective in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome and is worth popularizing.
