情景式运动训练结合低频脉冲电刺激治疗对运动性发育迟缓患儿平衡能力及运动功能的影响

Effect of Situational Exercise Training Combined with Low-Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation Therapy on Balance Ability and Motor Function in Children with Motor Developmental Delay

摘要 目的探讨情景式运动训练结合低频脉冲电刺激治疗在运动性发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2021年6月—2022年12月我院收治的80例运动性发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用低频脉冲电刺激,观察组在对照组的基础上结合情景运动训练,两组均干预3个月。比较两组患儿平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分]、运动能力[精细运动发育商(FMQ)、粗大运动发育商(GMQ)、总体发育商]及精细运动能力(手指抓握、手眼协调)。结果干预前,两组患儿BBS、FMQ、GMQ、总体发育商、手指抓握、手眼协调评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿BBS、FMQ、GMQ、总体发育商、手指抓握及手眼协调能力评分均较干预前升高,且观察组患儿的BBS、FMQ、GMQ、总体发育商、手指抓握及手眼协调能力评分分别为(55.03±5.03)分、(87.52±3.44)分、(86.91±2.42)分、(88.33±2.98)分、(9.18±0.13)分、(9.47±0.11)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景式运动训练结合低频脉冲电刺激能够改善运动性发育迟缓患儿平衡能力及运动功能,临床应用价值高。 Objective To study the application effect of situational exercise training combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation therapy in children with motor developmental delay.Methods A total of 80 children with motor developmental delay admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation,while the observation group received continuous intervention for 3 months in combination with situational exercise training on the basis of the control group.Compare the balance ability[Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score],motor ability[Fine Motor Development Quotient(FMQ),Gross Motor Development Quotient(GMQ),Overall Development Quotient],and fine motor ability(finger grip,hand eye coordination)between two groups of children.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in BBS score,FMQ score,GMQ score,overall developmental quotient score,finger grip score,and hand eye coordination score between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After intervention,BBS,FMQ,GMQ,global development quotient,finger grasping and hand-eye coordination scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention.The BBS,FMQ,GMQ,global development quotient,finger grasping and hand-eye coordination scores of the observation group were(55.03±5.03)points,(87.52±3.44)points,(86.91±2.42)points,(88.33±2.98)points,(9.18±0.13)points and(9.47±0.11)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of situational exercise training and low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation can improve balance ability and motor function in children with motor developmental delay,and has high clinical application value.
