股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按疗法辅助温针灸治疗对中风后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能、生活质量的影响

Effect of Massage and Point Pressing at the Point Where the Rectus Femoris Muscle Nerve Enters the Muscle,Assisted by Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment on Lower Limb Motor Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的探讨股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按辅助温针灸治疗中风后偏瘫的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的76例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组加用股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按辅助温针灸治疗,两组均持续治疗12周。比较两组患者的下肢运动功能、Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评分、步行能力、平衡能力及生活质量。结果治疗12周后,观察组下肢Figl-Meyer运动功能、BI、功能性步行分级量表及Berg平衡量表评分分别为(23.65±2.54)分、(79.96±6.12)分、(3.75±0.36)分、(3.75±0.36)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按辅助温针灸治疗可加快中风后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能恢复,提高步行能力,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage point at the point where the Rectus femoris muscle nerve enters the muscle,assisted by warm acupuncture and moxibustion,on post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods 76 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases each.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with massage and warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Lower limb motor function,Barthel Index rating scale(BI)score,walking ability,balance ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 12 weeks after treatment,lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function,BI,Functiondl Ambulation Category scale and Berg Balance Scale scores of lower limbs in the observation group were(23.65±2.54)points,(79.96±6.12)points,(3.75±0.36)points,and(3.75±0.36)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage at the point where the Rectus femoris muscle nerve enters the muscle can speed up the recovery of lower limb motor function,improve the walking ability and improve the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
