中药封包联合耳穴压豆治疗经阴道分娩经产妇产后宫缩痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Encapsulation Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Bean in the Treatment of Postpartum Uterine Contraction Pain in Multipara with Vaginal Delivery

目的观察中药封包联合耳穴压豆治疗经阴道分娩经产妇产后宫缩痛的临床效果。方法选择2020年12月—2022年3月于西吉县妇幼保健院妇产科经阴道分娩并出现宫缩痛的70例经产妇为研究对象,按随机数字法将其分为对照组及观察组。对照组(n=35)在分娩后宫缩痛时采用耳穴压豆治疗,观察组(n=35)在此基础上采用中药封包治疗。对比两组经产妇的疼痛程度、治疗效果、睡眠质量及不良反应发生情况。结果产后24、36、48 h,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3 d后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论经阴道分娩并出现产后宫缩痛的经产妇采用中药封包联合耳穴压豆治疗的效果理想,可减轻宫缩痛,提高睡眠质量,利于产后恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of postpartum uterine contraction pain in multipara with vaginal delivery.Methods From December 2020 to March 2022,70 multipara of vaginal delivery and uterine contraction pain in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department,Xiji County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number method.The control group(n=35)were treated with auricular acupoint pressing bean,the observation group(n=35)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation on this basis.The pain degree,treatment effect,sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results At 24,36 and 48 h postpartum,the pain Visual Analogue Scale Scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 3 days of treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with auricular point pressing bean is ideal for the multipara who have uterine contraction pain after vaginal delivery,which can alleviate pain,improve sleep quality and facilitate postpartum recovery.
