FLS模式护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者髋关节功能、自我效能、再骨折发生率的影响

Effect of FLS Mode Nursing on Hip Function,Self-Efficacy,and Incidence of Recurrent Fractures in Elderly Patients Undergoing Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery

目的探讨骨折联络服务(FLS)模式护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者髋关节功能、自我效能、再骨折发生率的影响.方法选取2020年11月—2023年2月本院收治的100例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行FLS模式护理,每组50例.对比两组患者髋关节功能、自我效能感、再骨折发生率.结果干预后,两组患者畸形及活动度、疼痛、步态、功能活动维度得分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组患者自我效能感量表(GSES)得分较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访6个月,观察组患者骨折再发率为2.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在老年股骨颈骨折患者中实施FLS模式护理,可强化患者自我效能感,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,并预防骨折再次发生,改善预后.

Objective To investigate the effect of FLS mode nursing on hip joint function,self-efficacy,and incidence of recurrent fractures in elderly patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and randomized number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,control group received routine nursing,observation group received FLS mode nursing,50 cases in each group.Hip function,self-efficacy and recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of deformity and mobility,pain,gait,and functional activity dimensions in both groups of patients increased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the GSES score of the two groups of patients increased compared to before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Following up for 6 months,the recurrence rate of fractures in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 16.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion FLS mode nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can strengthen patients'self-efficacy,promote hip function recovery,prevent recurrence of fracture and improve prognosis.
