摘要
目的探讨图片交换沟通系统在孤独症儿童护理中的应用效果.方法选取庆阳市残疾人康复医疗中心2020年5月—2022年5月收治的70例孤独症儿童为研究对象,随机分成对照组与研究组,每组35例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上采用图片交换沟通系统护理.比较两组的护理效果.结果干预后,研究组的面部表情与情绪情境评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的心理教育评估量表(第三版)中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的孤独症治疗评估量表、儿童孤独症评定量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的孤独症沟通量表中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的患儿家长总满意度为91.43%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论图片交换沟通系统护理可提高孤独症儿童的情绪认知能力及沟通能力,促进其心理发育,患儿家长的满意度高,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of picture exchange communication system nursing in autistic children.Methods 70 autism children admitted to Qingyang Disabled Rehabilitation Medical Center from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with picture exchange communication system nursing on this basis.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the facial expression and emotional situation scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Psycho-Educational Profile-third edition in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of autism treatment evaluation checklist and child autism rating scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of autism communication scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of parents in the study group was 91.43%,higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Picture exchange communication system nursing can improve the emotional cognitive ability and communication ability of autistic children,promote their psychological development,and parents'satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
