内热针疗法治疗枕下肌群综合征的效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Internal Heat Acupuncture on Suboccipital Muscle Group Syndrome

目的探究内热针疗法治疗枕下肌群综合征的效果观察.方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月该院就诊的80例枕下肌群综合征患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,研究组采用内热针疗法,对照组采用常规中医治疗方法.比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后及治疗后2个月随访的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及治疗后2个月随访的疗效评价.结果治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后、治疗后2个月随访,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对枕下肌群综合征患者采用内热针疗法可有效提高患者的疗效,缓解患者的枕下肌群的疼痛.

Objective To explore the internal heat needle therapy for curative effect observation of the suboccipital muscles syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with suboccipital muscle group syndrome were selected from this Hospital and from January 2019 to January 2020,and the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with internal heat acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional traditional Chinese medicine.The pain Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score was compared between the two groups before treatment,after treatment and 2 months after treatment and the curative effect was evaluated at 2 months follow-up after treatment.Results Before treatment,the VAS score between the differences between two groups of patients have no statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment and 2 months after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 87.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The suboccipital muscles syndrome were treated by internal needle therapy can effectively improve the curative effect of patients,alleviate the suboccipital muscles of patients with pain.
