强肾通督针刺联合温针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Qiangshen Tongdu Acupuncture Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Lumbar Function and Activities of Daily Living of Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探讨强肾通督针刺联合温针灸在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月本院门诊收治的90例LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组加用强肾通督针刺联合温针灸治疗,持续治疗4周.比较两组临床疗效、腰椎功能、日常生活能力、疼痛评分及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数中主观症状、临床体征、日常活动受限评分及总分分别为(7.48±1.15)分、(4.97±0.58)分、(12.22±1.14)分、(24.67±2.57)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组巴氏量表评分为(88.96±6.32)分,高于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.02±0.34)分,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论强肾通督针刺联合温针灸可提高LDH治疗效果,减轻疼痛症状,增强腰椎功能,改善日常生活能力,安全可靠.

Objective To investigate the effect of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 90 LDH patients from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Qiangshentongdu acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function,daily living ability,pain score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily activity limitation scores and total scores of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment score were(7.48±1.15)points,(4.97±0.58)points,(12.22±1.14)points,(24.67±2.57)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel Index score of the observation group was(88.96±6.32)points,higher than that of the control group,and the pain Visual Analogue Scale score was(2.02±0.34)points,lower than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve LDH treatment effect,relieve pain symptoms,enhance lumbar function,improve daily life ability,safe and reliable.
