宫腔镜电切术联合黄体酮胶囊对子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果评价

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy Combined with Drugs on Endometrial Polyps

目的分析宫腔镜电切术联合黄体酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果和安全性。方法选择2021年1月—2023年2月我院收治的220例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,并随机将患者分为对照组、观察组,各110例。对照组采用单纯宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜电切术+药物黄体酮胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、月经量、子宫内膜厚度及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.27%,高于对照组90.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后月经量少于对照组、子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄体酮胶囊联合宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉效果显著,且安全可靠,值得临床应用和借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone capsule in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 220 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from January,2021 to February,2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 110 patients in each group.The control group was treated by hysteroscopic resection alone,while the observation group was treated by hysteroscopic resection plus drugs(progesterone capsules).The therapeutic effect,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.27%,which was higher than 90.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The amount of menstruation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thinner than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone capsule combined with hysteroscopic electrosurgical excision procedure has excellent curative effect.It is safe and reliable,and is worth applying and learning.
