小儿热速清糖浆配合奥司他韦治疗对风热犯卫证甲型流感患儿血清炎性因子、临床症状改善的影响

Effect of Pediatric Resuqing Syrup Combined with Oseltamivir on Improvement of Serum Inflammatory Factors and Clinical Symptoms of Influenza A in Children with Wind-Heat Syndrome

目的探讨小儿热速清糖浆配合奥司他韦治疗风热犯卫证甲型流感患儿的效果。方法选择2022年1月—2022年12月该院收治的120例甲型流感患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用奥司他韦治疗,观察组在此基础上加用小儿热速清糖浆治疗,两组均持续治疗7 d。对比两组血清炎性因子、临床症状、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α及C反应蛋白水平分别为(59.56±5.78)ng/L、(38.39±4.12)ng/L、(92.96±10.24)ng/L、(11.44±2.10)mg/L,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间及病毒核酸转阴时间分别为(2.46±0.45)d、(4.36±0.78)d、(5.20±1.03)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对风热犯卫证甲型流感患儿予以小儿热速清糖浆配合奥司他韦进行治疗的疗效显著,能够减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,且具有较好的应用安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of pediatric Resuqing syrup combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza A in children with wind-heat syndrome.Methods 120 children with influenza A admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir,and the observation group was treated with pediatric Resuqing syrup.Both groups were treated for 7 days.Serum inflammatory factors,clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group received interleukin-4,IL-8,and tumor necrosis factor-α,the levels of C-reactive protein and C-reactive protein were(59.56±5.78)ng/L,(38.39±4.12)ng/L,(92.96±10.24)ng/L,and(11.44±2.10)mg/L,respectively,lower than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of fever remission,cough remission and viral nucleic acid negative transformation in the observation group were(2.46±0.45)d,(4.36±0.78)d and(5.20±1.03)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 86.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat children with type A influenza with wind heat offending health syndrome by using children's hot syrup combined with oseltamivir,which can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve clinical symptoms,and has good application safety.
