电针配合神经肌肉本体感觉促进技术治疗脑卒中患侧忽略的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨电针与神经肌肉本体感觉促进技术(PNF)联合应用对脑卒中患者患侧忽略的干预效果。方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月我院收治的80例脑卒中患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。常规组应用PNF治疗技术,试验组在常规组基础上应用电针疗法,两组均持续干预4周。对比两组肢体功能评分、二等分右侧偏离率、线段删除试验分数以及患者的心理情绪评分和生活质量评分。结果干预后,试验组的肢体功能评分为(1.01±0.31)分,低于常规组的(3.36±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组二等分右侧偏离率、线段删除试验分数高于均常规组,SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组,生活质量量表评分高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针与PNF技术能力有效应用于脑卒中患者,对于患侧忽略症状改善作用明显,有利于改善患者的短期、远期生活质量,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the treatment of stroke patients with electroacupuncture and PNF technology and its intervention effect on the affected side neglect.Methods 80 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were studied.Group by random number table method.The conventional group was treated with PNF alone,while the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture and PNF.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.Limb function score,bisection right side deviation rate,line deletion test score,psychological emotion score and quality of life score were compared.Results After the intervention,the limb function score of the experimental group was(1.01±0.31)points,which was lower than(3.36±1.05)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the deviation rate and line segment deletion test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the conventional group,and the quality of life scale score was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture and PNF technology can be effectively applied to stroke patients,which can significantly improve the symptoms of neglect on the affected side,and is beneficial to improve the short-term and long-term quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting.
