针灸推拿联合康复训练在老年脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者中的应用分析

Application of Acupuncture,Massage and Rehabilitation Training in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

目的探讨针灸推拿联合康复训练在老年脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1—12月该院收治的105例老年脑梗死伴肢体偏瘫后遗症患者为研究对象,根据康复方案不同分为两组,对照组(n=52)采用常规康复训练,观察组(n=53)在常规康复训练的基础上联合针灸推拿方案干预,比较两组患者的康复治疗效果,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分与Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)对神经与运动功能进行评估,另外采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评估患者平衡能力。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.45%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组NIHSS评分为(11.27±3.13)分,低于对照组的(16.52±3.48)分,FAM上肢评分为(43.47±6.82)分、下肢评分为(27.18±3.43)分、BBS评分为(27.96±3.84)分,均高于对照组的(36.21±6.35)分、(20.35±3.37)分、(18.33±3.61)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者采用针灸推拿联合康复训练方案治疗效果确切,能改善患者神经、运动功能以及平衡能力。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage combined with rehabilitation training in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods 105 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia sequelae treated in this hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to different rehabilitation programs.The control group(n=52)received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=53)received combined acupuncture and massage intervention based on routine rehabilitation training,and the rehabilitation treatment effects of the two groups were compared.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)were used to assess neurological and motor function,and Berg balance Scale(BBS)was used to assess balance ability.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.45%,which was higher than 75.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the NIHSS score of the observation group was(11.27±3.13)points,which was lower than(16.52±3.48)points of the control group;the scores of upper limbs,lower limbs and BBS were(43.47±6.82)points,(27.18±3.43)points and(27.96±3.84)points,respectively,all higher than(36.21±6.35)points,(20.35±3.37)points and(18.33±3.61)points of control group,respectively,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion,massage and rehabilitation training has a definite therapeutic effect on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,and can improve their neurological,motor functions and balance ability.
