补血益母颗粒联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)对人工流产术后阴道出血及子宫内膜恢复的影响

Effects of Buxue Yimu Granule Combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)on Vaginal Bleeding and Endometrial Recovery after Induced Abortion

目的探讨补血益母颗粒联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)在人工流产术后的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年6月本院收治的86例人工流产术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗,观察组在此基础上采用补血益母颗粒治疗,均持续4周。比较两组患者的阴道出血情况、激素水平、子宫内膜修复情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的阴道出血持续时间、月经恢复时间均短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度分别为(7.66±1.11)mm、(8.34±1.25)mm,均厚于对照组的(6.14±1.05)mm、(7.15±1.19)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工流产术后患者采用补血益母颗粒联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗的效果显著,可减少阴道出血,促进子宫内膜恢复,调节激素水平,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effects of Buxue Yimu Granule combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)after induced abortion.Methods 86 patients admitted to the hospital after induced abortion from October 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ),and the observation group was treated with Buxue Yimu Granule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The vaginal bleeding,hormone levels,endometrial repair and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the endometrial thickness in the observation group was(7.66±1.11)mm and(8.34±1.25)mm,respectively,which were thicker than(6.14±1.05)mm and(7.15±1.19)mm in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Buxue Yimu Granule combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)is significant,which can reduce vaginal bleeding,promote endometrial recovery,regulate hormone level,and is safe and reliable.
