综合康复训练联合美多芭对帕金森运动功能障碍患者运动症状、肌张力及生活质量的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training Combined with Metoba on Motor Symptoms,Muscle Tension and Quality of Life in Patients with Parkinson's Motor Dysfunction

目的探究综合康复训练联合美多芭对帕金森运动功能障碍患者运动症状、肌张力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2022年9月本院收治的94例帕金森运动功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组采用美多芭治疗,观察组在此基础上进行综合康复训练,均持续治疗8周。对比两组患者的肌张力、运动症状、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的统一帕金森评定量表、改良Ashworth量表评分分别为(22.91±2.01)分、(1.01±0.32)分,均低于对照组的(31.01±2.04)分、(1.62±0.36)分,健康调查简表评分为(79.26±3.18)分,高于对照组的(70.35±3.01)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕金森运动功能障碍患者采用综合康复训练联合美多芭治疗的效果显著,能有效改善运动能力,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with metoba on motor symptoms,muscle tension and quality of life in patients with Parkinson's motor dysfunction.Methods 94 patients with Parkinson's motor dysfunction admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received metoba treatment,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation training on this basis.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The muscle tension,motor symptoms,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of the unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale and modified Ashworth scale in the observation group were(22.91±2.01)points and(1.01±0.32)points,respectively,which were lower than(31.01±2.04)points and(1.62±0.36)points in the control group,while the MOS item short from health survey score was(79.26±3.18)points,which was higher than(70.35±3.01)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with metoba can effectively improve the motor ability and quality of life of patients with Parkinson's motor dysfunction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
