赋权教育联合早期下床活动对人工全髋关节置换术后患者关节功能的影响

Effect of Empowerment Education Combined with Early Ambulation on Joint Function in Patients after Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨赋权教育联合早期下床活动对人工全髋关节置换术后患者关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2022年7月于本院行人工全髋关节置换术的90例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=45)采用常规护理,观察组(n=45)采用赋权教育联合早期下床活动,两组均干预30 d。比较两组患者的Harris人工髋关节功能(中文版)量表评分、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分及并发症发生率。结果干预15、30 d后,观察组的Harris评分总分分别为(69.55±6.58)分、(86.64±6.70)分,均高于对照组的(64.69±6.54)分、(73.51±6.58)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预15、30 d后,观察组的ESCA评分总分分别为(125.94±12.61)分、(139.63±12.06)分,均高于对照组的(117.64±11.67)分、(126.74±12.82)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋权教育联合早期下床活动可有效促进人工全髋关节置换术后患者的髋关节功能恢复,提高其自我护理能力,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of empowerment education combined with early ambulation on joint function after total hip arthroplasty.Methods 90 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received empowerment education combined with early ambulation.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The Harris artificial hip joint function(Chinese version)scale score,exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scale score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 and 30 days of intervention,the total Harris scores of the observation group were(69.55±6.58)points and(86.64±6.70)points,respectively,which were higher than(64.69±6.54)points and(73.51±6.58)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 and 30 days of intervention,the total ESCA scores of the observation group was(125.94±12.61)points and(139.63±12.06)points,respectively,which were higher than(117.64±11.67)points and(126.74±12.82)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.22%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowerment education combined with early ambulation can effectively promote the recovery of hip function and self-care ability of patients after total hip arthroplasty,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
