棍棒操联合肩胛带康复训练在肩周炎患者中的应用

Application of Stick Exercise Combined with Shoulder Girdle Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis

目的探究棍棒操联合肩胛带康复训练在肩周炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2020年10月—2022年10月收治的94例肩周炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=47)进行肩胛带康复训练,研究组(n=47)在此基础上进行棍棒操训练。比较两组患者的肩关节功能水平及生活质量。结果干预后,研究组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分量表中疼痛、日常生活活动能力、关节活动度、肌力评分分别为(13.65±0.89)分、(18.01±0.79)分、(33.25±3.51)分、(22.32±1.45)分,均高于对照组的(10.46±1.20)分、(16.74±1.39)分、(29.55±3.01)分、(19.96±2.11)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者采用棍棒操联合肩胛带康复训练干预的效果显著,能有效提升肩关节功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of stick exercise combined with shoulder girdle rehabilitation training in patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods 94 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in the hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=47)received shoulder girdle rehabilitation training,and the study group(n=47)received stick exercise training on this basis.The level of shoulder joint function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of pain,activity of daily living,range of motion and muscle strength in Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scale were(13.65±0.89)points,(18.01±0.79)points,(33.25±3.51)points and(22.32±1.45)points,respectively,which were higher than(10.46±1.20)points,(16.74±1.39)points,(29.55±3.01)points and(19.96±2.11)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stick exercise combined with shoulder girdle rehabilitation training can effectively improve shoulder joint function and quality of life in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
