中医辨证施护对胃脘痛患者中医证候积分及生存质量的影响

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on TCM Syndrome Score and Quality of Life in Patients with Epigastric Pain

目的探讨中医辨证施护在胃脘痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年12月—2021年11月本院收治的82例胃脘痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用中医辨证施护,两组均持续护理2周。对比两组患者的中医证候积分、疼痛程度、负性情绪及生存质量。结果护理后,观察组的胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满、嗳气反酸、纳呆少食、神疲乏力、手足不温、畏寒怕冷、大便溏薄等中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(2.87±0.89)分、(41.67±4.08)分、(41.24±3.97)分,均低于对照组的(4.38±1.10)分、(45.32±2.19)分、(46.39±2.85)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表中生理健康、心理健康、周围环境和社会关系评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护可有效减轻胃脘痛患者的疼痛,纾解其不良情绪,降低中医证候积分,提高生存质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with epigastric pain.Methods 82 patients with epigastric pain admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on this basis.Both groups were treated with continuous nursing for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,pain degree,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of TCM syndromes such as epigastric pain,epigastric distension,belching and acid regurgitation,dormance-eating,lethargy,warm hands and feet,chiller and loose stool in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain visual simulation scale score,self-rating anxiety scale score and self-rating depression scale score of the observation group were(2.87±0.89)points,(41.67±4.08)points,(41.24±3.97)points,respectively,which were lower than(4.38±1.10)points,(45.32±2.19)points and(46.39±2.85)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical health,mental health,surrounding environment and social relations in World Health Organization quality of life-BREF scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively relieve the pain of patients with epigastric pain,relieve their adverse emotions,reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve the quality of life,and have high clinical application value.
