连花清瘟颗粒联合帕拉米韦对流行性感冒患者免疫功能及症状消失时间的影响

Effect of Lianhua Qingwen Granule and Paramivir on Immune Function and Time of Symptom Disappearing in Patients with Influenza

目的探讨连花清瘟颗粒联合帕拉米韦对流行性感冒患者免疫功能及症状消失时间的影响。方法选择沧州市中心医院2020年5月—2021年8月收治的116例流行性感冒患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组58例。对照组采用帕拉米韦治疗,观察组采用连花清瘟颗粒与帕拉米韦联合治疗,两组均用药5 d。对比两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、免疫功能、炎性因子水平、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率96.56%高于对照组的79.31%,发热、咽喉肿痛、咳嗽、周身酸痛的消失时间均短于对照组,T细胞亚群CD4^(^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)、血清C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将连花清瘟颗粒与帕拉米韦联合用于流行性感冒的临床治疗,可取得显著的临床疗效,降低血清炎性因子水平,缩短患者流感症状消失时间,增强机体免疫力,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of Lianhua Qingwen Granule combined with Paramivir on immune function and symptom disappearance time in patients with influenza.Methods 116 patients with influenza admitted to Cangzhou Central Hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paramivir,while the observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Granules and Paramivir in combination.Both groups were treated for 5 days.Compare the clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,immune function,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.56%,which was higher than 79.31%of the control group,the disappearance time of fever,sore throat,cough and body soreness were shorter than those in the control group,the T cell subgroups CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,and the serum levels of CD8^(+),C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Lianhua Qingwen Granule and Paramivir in the clinical treatment of influenza can achieve significant clinical efficacy,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the onset time of patients'symptoms,enhance the immunity of the body,and have high safety.
