健胃舒颗粒联合多潘立酮片治疗老年功能性消化不良的疗效及对患者胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Jianweishu Granule Combined with Domperidone Tablets in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia in Elderly Patients and its Influence on Gastrointestinal Function

目的探讨健胃舒颗粒联合多潘立酮片治疗老年功能性消化不良的疗效及对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选择2022年3—11月齐齐哈尔市93320部队医院收治的84例老年功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组。对照组(n=42)采用多潘立酮片治疗,观察组(n=42)采用健胃舒颗粒结合多潘立酮片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状评分、胃肠功能指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.23%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的腹胀、食欲减退、饱腹感、反酸评分分别为(0.53±0.18)分、(0.51±0.14)分、(0.68±0.22)分、(0.49±0.25)分,均低于对照组的(1.01±0.46)分、(2.03±0.12)分、(2.43±0.50)分、(0.87±0.32)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃动素、胃泌素水平分别为(146.23±20.29)pg/L、(41.07±5.42)pg/L,均高于对照组的(102.78±20.56)pg/L、(34.75±4.26)pg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为9.52%,低于对照组的30.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用健胃舒颗粒联合多潘立酮片治疗老年功能性消化不良患者,能减轻其临床症状,改善胃肠功能,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jianweishu Granule combined with domperidone tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in elderly patients and its influence on gastrointestinal function.Methods 84 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Qiqihar 93320 Military Hospital from March to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=42)was treated with domperidone tablets,the observation group(n=42)was treated with Jianweishu Granule combined with domperidone tablets.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,gastrointestinal function index levels and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.23%,which was higher than 73.81%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal distension,appetite loss,satiety and acid reflux scores in the observation group were(0.53±0.18)points,(0.51±0.14)points,(0.68±0.22)points and(0.49±0.25)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.01±0.46)points,(2.03±0.12)points,(2.43±0.50)points and(0.87±0.32)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were(146.23±20.29)pg/L and(41.07±5.42)pg/L,respectively,which were higher than(102.78±20.56)pg/L and(34.75±4.26)pg/L in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 9.52%,lower than 30.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianweishu Granule combined with domperidone tablets can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with functional dyspepsia,with high safety.
