穴位敷贴联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Chinese Medicine Retention Enema in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择本院2021年10月—2022年9月收治的140例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组。对照组(n=70)采用常规西药治疗,观察组(n=70)在此基础上采用穴位敷贴联合中药保留灌肠治疗,均持续4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分及炎症因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.71%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的下腹胀痛、带下量多、腰骶胀痛、月经异常等症状积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α及C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎患者采用穴位敷贴联合中药保留观察治疗的效果确切,能有效改善症状,减轻机体炎症反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 140 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=70)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group(n=70)was treated with acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine retention enema on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.71%,higher than 82.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as lower abdominal pain,excessive band volume,lumbosacral swelling pain and abnormal menstruation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine retention enema can effectively improve symptoms and reduce inflammation in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and is worthy of clinical application.
