穴位药线植入联合中药暖宫包治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Acupoint Medicine Thread Implantation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Warm Uterine Package in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨穴位药线植入联合中药暖宫包在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年8月于本院收治的40例PCOS患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组20例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用穴位药线植入联合中药暖宫包治疗,均持续3个疗程。对比两组患者的内分泌激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积、月经情况、妊娠情况及症状改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组的黄体生成素、睾酮、雌二醇水平均低于对照组,促卵泡素水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的自然月经周期恢复率、妊娠率分别为100.00%、85.00%,均高于对照组的70.00%、55.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的症状评分为(3.25±0.28)分,低于对照组的(4.65±0.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位药线植入联合中药暖宫包能增强PCOS的治疗效果,改善患者内分泌激素水平,促进子宫内膜厚度与卵巢体积复常,加快月经恢复及症状改善,提高患者妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint medicine thread implantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine warm uterine package in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 40 PCOS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupoint medicine thread implantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine warm uterine package on this basis.Both groups lasted for 3 courses.The levels of endocrine hormones,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume,menstruation,pregnancy and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,testosterone,estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was thinner than that of the control group.and the ovarian volume was smaller than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery rate of natural menstrual cycle and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 100.00%and 85.00%,respectively,which were higher than 70.00%and 55.00%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was(3.25±0.28)points,which was lower than(4.65±0.39)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint medicine thread implantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine warm uterine package can enhance the therapeutic effect of PCOS,improve the levels of endocrine hormone,promote endometrial thickness and ovarian volume normalization,accelerate menstrual recovery and symptom improvement,and increase the pregnancy rate of patients.
