摘要 目的探讨基于团队学习(TBL)和基于案例学习(CBL)的混合教学法在康复医学临床教学中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析2020年7月—2022年4月在广西医科大学第一附属医院和深圳大学总医院康复医学科实习的两批康复治疗专业实习生共92名的相关资料,将采用基于以授课为基础的学习法(LBL)的46名学生纳入对照组,将采用TBL-CBL混合教学法的46名学生纳入研究组.比较两组学生的出科考核成绩及对教学的满意度.结果研究组的出科考核中理论考试、实践操作、案例分析得分分别为(87.32±4.57)分、(86.68±4.31)分、(88.27±4.35)分,均高于对照组的(81.36±5.35)分、(81.10±3.22)分、(83.35±3.57)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的教学的满意度、提高临床推理能力、与教师的互动、团队内部互动与合作满意度分别为86.96%、76.09%、82.61%、89.13%,均高于对照组的54.35%、45.65%、39.13%、26.09%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论TBL-CBL混合教学法在康复医学实习生中的应用效果理想,可增加学生的学习兴趣,提高其综合能力,学生对教学的满意度高,值得在临床教学中推广使用. Objective To explore the application value of team-based learning(TBL)and case-based learning(CBL)mixed teaching method in clinical teaching of rehabilitation medicine.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the relevant data of 92 interns in two batches of rehabilitation therapy majors in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and the General Hospital of Shenzhen University from July 2020 to April 2022.46 students using lecture-based learning(LBL)were included in the control group,and 46 students using the mixed TBL-CBL teaching method were included in the study group.The scores of the two groups of students and their satisfaction with teaching were compared.Results The scores of theory examination,practice operation and case analysis were(87.32±4.57)points,(86.68±4.31)points and(88.27±4.35)points,respectively,which were higher than(81.36±5.35)points,(81.10±3.22)points and(83.35±3.57)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching,improvement of clinical reasoning ability,interaction with teachers,intra-team interaction and cooperation in the study group were 86.96%,76.09%,82.61%and 89.13%,respectively,which were higher than 54.35%,45.65%,39.13%and 26.09%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of TBL-CBL mixed teaching method in rehabilitation medicine interns is ideal,which can increase students'learning interest and improve their comprehensive ability,and students'satisfaction with teaching is high,which is worthy of popularization and use in clinical teaching.
