药物治疗急性带状疱疹神经痛应用现状及研究进展

Current Situation and Research Progress of Drug Treatment of Acute Herpetic Neura

急性带状疱疹神经痛(AHN)是带状疱疹的常见表现之一,是由水痘带状疱疹病毒重新激活后侵袭感觉神经引起的感觉异常.近年来,AHN的发病率逐渐升高,以50岁以上的中老年人多见.如不能及时治疗,不仅会影响患者生活,还可能发展成更难治疗的带状疱疹后遗神经痛.AHN常用的治疗药物包括抗病毒药物、镇痛药物、离子通道阻滞剂及三环类抗抑郁药物等,但各类药物的主要作用及不良反应各有不同,而随着技术的进步,新型药物亦相继出现.为更好地提高对AHN不同症状的治疗效果,并最大限度降低药物不良反应,合理选择药物,本文结合既往研究及最新研究进展,对AHN的药物治疗进行总结归纳及展望,以期为AHN治疗的药物选择提供新思路.

Acute herpetic neuralgia(AHN)is one of the common manifestations of shingles,which is caused by the invasion of sensory nerves after reactivation of varicella-zoster virus.In recent years,the incidence of AHN has gradually increased,mostly in middle-aged and elderly people over 50 years old.If not treated in time,it will not only affect the life of patients,but also may develop into more difficult to treat postherpetic neuralgia.Commonly used drugs for the treatment of AHN include antiviral drugs,analgesics,ion channel blockers and tricyclic antidepressants,etc.,but the main effects and adverse reactions of various drugs are different,and with the progress of technology,new drugs have also emerged.In order to better improve the therapeutic effect of different symptoms of AHN,minimize adverse drug reactions,and rationally select drugs,this paper summarized and prospeced the drug therapy of AHN based on previous studies and the latest research progress,in order to provide new ideas for the drug selection of AHN treatment.
