多层次执行功能综合训练联合激励护理对高血压脑出血患者术后认知功能及不良情绪的影响

Effects of Multi-Level Executive Function Training Combined with Inspiring Nursing on Cognitive Function and Negative Emotion of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage after Operation

目的观察多层次执行功能综合训练联合激励护理对高血压脑出血患者术后恢复的影响.方法选取2021年10月—2022年12月平原县第一人民医院收治的84例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(n=42)及对照组(n=42).对照组进行多层次执行功能综合训练,观察组在此基础上采用激励护理,两组均持续干预至出院,并随访1个月.比较两组患者的认知功能、不良情绪及护理满意度.结果干预后,观察组的蒙特利尔认知评估表、简易智力状态检查量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理总满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高血压脑出血术后患者采用多层次执行功能综合训练联合激励护理,能改善认知功能,纾解不良情绪,提高护理认可度.

Objective To observe the effect of multi-level executive function training combined with inspiring nursing on postoperative recovery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 84 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group(n=42)and a control group(n=42)by random number table method.The control group received multi-level executive function training,and the observation group received inspiring nursing on this basis.Both groups continued intervention until discharge and were followed up for 1 month.The cognitive function,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment and mini-mental state examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 78.57%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-Level executive function training combined with inspiring nursing can improve cognitive function,relieve negative emotions and enhance nursing recognition in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation.
