龟鹿二仙胶加味联合FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期大肠癌的效果

Effect of Modified Guilu Erxian Jiao Combined with FOLFOX6 Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的研究龟鹿二仙胶加味联合FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期大肠癌的效果.方法选取山东省济宁市第三人民医院2019年1月—2022年9月收治的62例晚期大肠癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组31例.单一组采用FOLFOX6方案治疗,联合组在此基础上采用龟鹿二仙胶加味治疗.比较两组患者的中医证候积分、免疫功能、生存质量及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,联合组的嗳气、纳呆、腹胀评分分别为(1.03±0.12)分、(1.01±0.17)分、(0.98±0.22)分,均低于单一组的(1.44±0.06)分、(1.49±0.21)分、(1.21±0.15)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均均高于单一组,CD8^(+)水平低于单一组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组的各项美国大肠癌生存质量量表评分均高于单一组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的各项不良反应3~4级发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用FOLFOX6方案联合龟鹿二仙胶加味治疗晚期大肠癌的效果理想,可缓解患者症状,提高其免疫功能,改善生存质量,且不良反应相对较少,安全可靠.

Objective To study the effect of modified Guilu Erxian Jiao combined with FOLFOX6 regimen in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 62 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City,Shandong Province from January 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The single group was treated with FOLFOX6 regimen,and the combined group was treated with modified Guilu Erxian Jiao on this basis.The TCM syndrome scores,immune function,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of belching,belching and abdominal distension in the combined group were(1.03±0.12)points,(1.01±0.17)points and(0.98±0.22)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.44±0.06)points,(1.49±0.21)points and(1.21±0.15)points in the single group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in combination group were higher than those in the single group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the single group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of American functional assessment of cancer therapy in the combination group were higher than those in the single group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of grade 3 to 4 adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion FOLFOX6 regimen combined with modified Guilu Erxian Jiao is effective in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,which can alleviate symptoms,improve immune function and quality of life,and has relatively few adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
