摘要
脑卒中又称为脑血管意外或中风,是由于脑血管阻塞或破裂引起的脑血流循环障碍和脑组织功能或结构损害,具有发病率高、致残率高及复发率高等特点。近年来,随着临床诊疗和救治水平的提升,患者病死率明显下降,但致残率仍不断增高,且存活患者亦伴有不同程度后遗症。膝痛是卒中后偏瘫患者常见的后遗症,康复治疗是卒中后偏瘫患者系统常用的干预方法。本综述将以脑卒中偏瘫为起点,从膝反张疼痛、痉挛性疼痛、其他等多种疼痛类型分析脑卒中偏瘫患者膝痛的常见原因,从心理治疗、药物治疗、中医康复治疗、现代新技术康复治疗几方面探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者膝痛的康复干预方法,另对卒中后膝痛的预防进行归纳,为提高患者运动功能、改善患者的生活质量提供临床参考。
Stroke,also known as cerebrovascular accident or stroke,is a disorder of cerebral blood flow circulation and functional or structural damage of brain tissue caused by occlusion or rupture of cerebral vessels.It has the characteristics of high incidence,high disability rate and high recurrence rate.In recent years,with the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the mortality rate of patients has decreased significantly,but the disability rate is still increasing,and the surviving patients are accompanied by different degrees of sequelae.Knee pain is a common sequela in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and rehabilitation therapy is a commonly used systematic intervention method for patients with hemiplegia after stroke.This review will take the stroke hemiplegia as a starting point,analyze the common causes of knee pain in stroke hemiplegic patients from a variety of pain types such as knee recurvant pain,spastic pain,and other pain types,explore the rehabilitation intervention methods of knee pain in stroke hemiplegic patients from several aspects such as psychotherapy,drug treatment,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment,and modern new technology rehabilitation treatment,and summarize the prevention of knee pain after stroke.To provide clinical reference for improving the motor function and quality of life of patients.
