以赋能理论为指导的康复护理对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者自我效能感及生活自理能力的影响

Influence of Rehabilitation Nursing Guided by Empowerment Theory on Self-Efficacy and Self-Care Ability of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

目的探讨以赋能理论为指导的康复护理在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的84例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以赋能理论为指导的康复护理。比较两组患者的肌力、自我效能感及生活自理能力。结果护理后,观察组的上、下肢徒手肌力检查分级均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的一般自我效能感量表评分为(29.81±1.69)分,高于对照组的(24.50±1.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的Barthel指数评分为(57.02±16.34)分,高于对照组的(47.98±18.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死偏瘫患者接受以赋能理论为指导的康复护理,可有效改善肢体运动功能,提高自我效能感及生活自理能力,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing guided by empowerment theory in patients with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing guided by empowerment theory.The muscle strength,self-efficacy and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the upper and lower limb manual muscle testing grading of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the general perceived self-efficacy scale score in the observation group was(29.81±1.69)points,higher than(24.50±1.85)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index score in the observation group was(57.02±16.34)points,higher than(47.98±18.97)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia receive rehabilitation nursing guided by empowerment theory can effectively improve their limb motor function,self-efficacy and self-care ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
