4D数字化弱视斜视矫治系统对屈光性弱视患儿视功能的影响

Effect of 4D Digital Amblyopic Strabismus Treatment System on Visual Function in Children with Refractive Amblyopia

目的探讨4D数字化弱视斜视矫治系统对屈光性弱视患儿的视觉影响。方法选取2021年5月至2023年4月我院收治的84例屈光性弱视患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组采用综合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用4D数字化弱视斜视矫治系统治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗3个月。观察比较两组临床疗效、视功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿视功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组融象功能、立体视功能正常率分别为90.24%、92.68%,均高于对照组的70.73%、75.61%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4D数字化弱视斜视矫治系统治疗屈光性弱视患儿临床疗效显著,能够有效改善视觉功能,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the visual effects of 4D digital amblyopia treatment system on children with refractive amblyopia.Methods 84 children with refractive amblyopia admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group(n=42)and a control group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with comprehensive treatment,and the observation group was treated with 4D digital amblyopia and strabismus correction system on the basis of the control group.The children in the two groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy and visual function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than 76.19%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the normal rates of fusion function and stereo vision function in the observation group were 90.24%and 92.68%,respectively,which were higher than 70.73%and 75.61%in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 4D digital amblyopia strabismus correction system has significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with refractive amblyopia,which can effectively improve visual function and has clinical promotion value.
