推拿按摩联合中药穴位贴敷在脑卒中后便秘预防中的应用研究

Application of Tuina Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application in the Prevention of Poststroke Constipation

目的探讨推拿按摩联合中药穴位贴敷在脑卒中后便秘预防中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年3月—2022年2月收治的72例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用推拿按摩联合中药穴位贴敷,持续干预10 d。比较两组干预后便秘发生率、粪便性状及症状积分。结果观察组便秘发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组粪便Ⅲ~Ⅳ型比率为77.08%,高于对照组的41.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排便间隔时间、排便不尽、腹胀症状积分分别为(1.17±0.47)分、(1.42±0.53)分、(1.06±0.31)分,低于对照组的(2.03±0.84)分、(2.15±0.68)分、(1.94±0.69)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿按摩联合中药穴位贴敷在预防脑卒中后便秘方面效果良好,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the prevention of constipation after stroke.Methods 72 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48)using a random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 10 days.Compare the incidence of constipation,fecal characteristics,and symptom scores between the two groups after intervention.Results The incidence of constipation in the observation group was 12.50%,lower than 37.50%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The fecal type III to IV ratio in the observation group was 77.08%,higher than 41.67%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of defecation interval,incomplete defecation,and abdominal distension symptoms in the observation group were(1.17±0.47)points,(1.42±0.53)points,and(1.06±0.31)points,respectively,lower than the control group's(2.03±0.84)points,(2.15±0.68)points,and(1.94±0.69)points,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of massage and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application has a good effect in preventing constipation after stroke and is worthy of clinical application.
