中药穴位贴敷配合穴位艾灸、八段锦康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能、免疫功能及运动耐力的影响

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Moxibustion and Baduanjin Rehabilitation Training on Pulmonary Function,Immune Function and Exercise Endurance in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷配合穴位艾灸、八段锦康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的干预效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月兰陵县人民医院中医科与呼吸内科会诊的82例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=41)采取八段锦康复训练,观察组(n=41)在此基础上采用中药穴位贴敷及穴位艾灸。比较两组患者的中医症状积分、肺功能、免疫功能及运动耐力。结果干预后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、肺啰音及喘息中医症状积分均低于对照组,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量均大于对照组,观察组CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,观察组6 min步行距离远于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COPD患者采用中药穴位贴敷配合穴位艾灸、八段锦康复训练效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,促进患者肺功能及免疫功能恢复,并增强患者运动耐力。

Objective To explore the intervention effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application,acupoint moxibustion,and Baduanjin rehabilitation training on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,82 COPD patients who participated in respiratory consultations at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Lanling County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=41)received Baduanjin rehabilitation training,while the observation group(n=41)received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and moxibustion on this basis.Compare the TCM symptom scores,lung function,immune function,and exercise endurance between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the TCM symptom scores of cough,expectoration,lung rale,and wheezing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the first second forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)levels were lower than those in the control group,the 6-minute walking distance in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with moxibustion and Baduanjin rehabilitation training in COPD patients has a significant effect,reducing clinical symptoms,promoting the recovery of lung and immune functions,and enhancing exercise endurance.
