颈源性头痛疗效观察指标的现状

Current Status and Progress of Observational Indicators for the Efficacy of Cervicogenic Headache

颈源性头痛是以慢性、单侧头部疼痛为主的继发性头痛。针对颈源性头痛的治疗措施多样,但疾病的疗效观察指标却没有统一标准,各研究中使用的疗效观察的方法、包含的内容不尽相同。综合当前使用的颈源性头痛的疗效观察指标,大致可区分为疼痛观察指标、功能观察指标、伴随症状相关的观察指标、生活质量评价量表及辅助检查相关的观察指标等几个方面。本文就颈源性头痛临床疗效观察指标的现状进行综述,以期在今后的工作和研究中能更科学、合理地选择疗效观察指标。

Cervicogenic headache is a secondary headache with chronic,predominantly unilateral head pain.There are various treatment measures for cervicogenic headache,but there is no uniform standard for observing the efficacy of the disease,and the methods and contents of the efficacy observation used in each study vary.The efficacy observation indexes of cervicogenic headache currently in use can be broadly distinguished into pain observation indexes,functional observation indexes,observation indexes related to concomitant symptoms,quality of life evaluation scales and observation indexes related to auxiliary examinations.In this paper,we review the current status of clinical efficacy observation indexes for cervicogenic headache in order to select more scientific and appropriate evaluation indexes in future work and research.
