膝三针联合经筋推拿对膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响

The Influence of Knee Three Needles Combined with Meridian Massage on Joint Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探究膝三针联合经筋推拿对膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年10月滕州市中心人民医院收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=40)采用常规康复治疗,研究组(n=40)在此基础上采用膝三针联合经筋推拿治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、膝关节功能、膝关节活动度及疼痛程度。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Lysholm膝关节评分、膝关节活动度分别为(82.68±3.85)分、(87.00±4.00)°,均高于对照组的(71.21±2.37)分、(79.00±2.00)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(3.25±0.86)分,低于对照组的(5.88±0.21)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用膝三针联合经筋推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果显著,能改善其症状,促进关节功能恢复,减轻关节疼痛,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Knee Three Needles combined with meridian massage on joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the study group(n=40)was treated with Knee Three Needles combined with meridian massage on this basis.The therapeutic effect,knee function,knee motion and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85.00%,higher than 65.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm knee joint score and knee motion of the study group were(82.68±3.85)points and(87.00±4.00)°,respectively,which were higher than(71.21±2.37)points and(79.00±2.00)°of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain visual analogue scale score of the study group was(3.25±0.86)points,which was lower than(5.88±0.21)points of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Knee Three Needles combined with meridian massage can improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,promote the recovery of joint function,relieve joint pain,and have good application value.
