针灸联合推拿手法对血瘀型腰间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及腰部疼痛的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage Manipulation on Lumbar Function and Lumbar Pain in Patients with Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究针灸联合推拿手法对血瘀型腰间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及腰部疼痛的影响。方法选择本院2021年3月—2022年2月收治的102例血瘀型腰间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=51)采用常规治疗,研究组(n=51)在此基础上采用中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗。对比两组患者的腰椎功能及腰部疼痛程度。结果治疗20 d后,研究组的各项日本骨科协会治疗评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,研究组的简易McGill疼痛问卷评分为(14.96±3.84)分,低于对照组的(17.45±4.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合推拿手法治疗可提升血瘀型腰间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能,缓解其腰部疼痛,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage manipulation on lumbar function and lumbar pain in patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects ans divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=51)received conventional treatment,and the study group(n=51)received traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with massage manipulation on this basis.The lumbar function and the degree of lumbar pain were compared between the two groups.Results After 20 days of treatment,the scores of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the short-form McGill pain questionnaire score of the study group was(14.96±3.84)points,which was lower than(17.45±4.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage manipulation can improve the lumbar function and relieve the lumbar pain of patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,and the effect is remarkable.
