循经针刺联合刺血疗法对血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛评分及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Meridian Acupuncture Combined with Blood Pricking Therapy on Low Back Pain Score and Lumbar Function in Patients with Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨采用循经针刺联合刺血疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法选取我院2020年10月—2022年10月收治的60例血瘀型LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用循经针刺联合刺血疗法治疗,均持续治疗4周。对比两组患者的临床疗效、腰痛评分、腰椎功能、生活质量及安全性。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.55±0.39)分,低于对照组的(2.26±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的日本骨科协会评估治疗分数及生活质量综合评定问卷中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论循经针刺联合刺血疗法能减轻血瘀型LDH患者的腰痛程度,改善其腰椎功能,提高生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of meridian acupuncture combined with blood pricking therapy in patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 60 patients with blood stasis type LDH admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with meridian acupuncture combined with blood pricking therapy on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,low back pain score,lumbar function,quality of life and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group was(1.55±0.39)points,which was lower than(2.26±0.47)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score and the scores of all dimensions of the generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Meridian acupuncture combined with blood pricking therapy can reduce the degree of low back pain in patients with blood stasis type LDH,improve the lumbar function and the quality of life,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
