刮痧疗法联合耳穴压豆及耳穴放血在高血压致眩晕患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Scraping Therapy Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans and Auricular Point Bloodletting in Patients with Vertigo Caused by Hypertension

目的探究分析刮痧疗法联合耳穴压豆、耳穴放血在高血压致眩晕患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2020年1—12月收治的120例高血压致眩晕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=60)进行常规康复训练,研究组(n=60)在对照组基础上采用刮痧疗法联合耳穴压豆、耳穴放血干预。比较分析两组患者的中医证候评分及血压水平。结果治疗4周后,研究组的中医证候评分为(9.87±1.64)分,低于对照组的(11.15±2.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,研究组的舒张压、收缩压分别为(75.69±4.68)mmHg、(118.25±7.24)mmHg,均低于对照组的(86.44±5.02)mmHg、(126.11±7.35)mmHg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刮痧疗法联合耳穴压豆、耳穴放血在高血压致眩晕患者中的应用效果显著,能有效改善其眩晕症状,降低血压水平。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of scraping therapy combined with auricular point pressing beans and auricular point bloodletting in patients with vertigo caused by hypertension.Methods 120 patients with vertigo caused by hypertension admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=60)was received routine rehabilitation training,and the study group(n=60)was received scraping therapy combined with auricular point pressing beans and auricular point bloodletting on this basis.The TCM syndrome score and blood pressure level of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was(9.87±1.64)points,which was lower than(11.15±2.06)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the study group were(75.69±4.68)mmHg and(118.25±7.24)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(86.44±5.02)mmHg and(126.11±7.35)mmHg of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scraping therapy combined with auricular point pressing beans and auricular point bloodletting can effectively improve vertigo symptoms and reduce blood pressure in patients with vertigo caused by hypertension.
