中药熏蒸联合循经针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Recirculating Acupuncture on Pain Symptom and Lumbar Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究中药熏蒸联合循经针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状及腰椎功能的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2020年6月—2022年8月收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为对照组、观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规物理治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用中药熏蒸联合循经针灸治疗,均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的疼痛症状、腰椎功能及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的日本骨科协会评估治疗分数高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合循经针灸治疗可有效减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状,改善其腰椎功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with recirculating acupuncture on pain symptom and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional physical therapy,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation combined with recirculating acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The pain symptom,lumbar function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the Oswestry disability index questionnaire score was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,higher than 79.07%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation combined with recirculating acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain symptom of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the function of lumbar spine.
