血清降钙素基因相关肽水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性研究

Correlation Between Serum Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide Level and Severity of Coronary Artery Disease

目的探讨血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性.方法选取2018年5月—2019年7月郑州市第九人民医院收治的120名疑似冠心病(CHD)患者为研究对象,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为CHD组及非冠心病(Non-CHD)组,每组60例.测定两组患者的血清CGRP水平,并采用血管内超声评估其冠状动脉斑块性质及严重程度.分析CHD组患者CGRP水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度Gensini积分的关系.结果CHD组的血浆CGRP水平高于Non-CHD组,冠状动脉管腔平均直径、纤维脂质成分容积比例均小于Non-CHD组,冠状动脉重塑指数、斑块偏心指数、坏死容积比例均大于Non-CHD组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Pearson相关性分析结果显示,CHD组的CGRP水平与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.661,P<0.05).结论血清CGRP水平可较好地反映冠状动脉病变的严重程度,可根据情况将其用作评估CHD发生、发展的无创性检测指标.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods 120 suspected coronary heart disease(CHD)patients admitted to the Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a CHD group and a Non-CHD group according to the coronary angiography results,with 60 cases in each group.Serum CGRP levels were measured in both groups,and intravascular ultrasound was used to evaluate the nature and severity of coronary plaque.The relationship between CGRP level and Gensini score of coronary artery disease severity in CHD group was analyzed.Results The plasma CGRP level in the CHD group was higher than that in the Non-CHD group,the mean coronary lumen diameter and the volume ratio of fibrous lipid components were lower than those in the Non-CHD group,and the coronary artery remodeling index,plaque eccentricity index and necrometric volume ratio were higher than those in the Non-CHD group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that CGRP level in CHD group was positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.661,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CGRP can reflect the severity of coronary artery disease well,and it can be used as a noninvasive indicator to evaluate the occurrence and development of CHD.
